New Tenant Application Process:

All perspective tenants must complete an application (available on this web site) have picture ID and pay $65 / per person application and tenant screening fee.

Please print off the application / complete the necessary information and drop it off with your application fee to our office: 428 N. Peninsula Drive, Daytona Beach, FL 32118. (applications are available at the office as well)

Costs required for move in: security deposit, first months, and last months rent (based on tenant screening).

More Important Information
This office only accepts cashiers checks, cash and credit cards – NO PERSONAL CHECKS!

We have a maintenance department to address your property repair issues defined in the lease.
